I have been using the small wedge for a week now. I inflated it about 50%. I was concerned because I accidentally sort of jumped onto the pillow with my full weight. The pillow didn't leak though and it's been very comfortable for me. I am comparing it with a contoured foam pillow that I got from Relax the Back. The Travel Wedge is a comparable pillow. I am confident it will serve me well on my upcoming travels.

If you need an adjustable frame bed or recliner to sleep comfortably, the Travelwedge plus pillows under head and knees is the closest temporary substitute I can imagine. I've used it many times. Multiple pillows by themselves do not compare. Until the Travelwedge I dreaded overnight stays. Set up and packing away are a snap once you've done a couple of times. Get the small lightweight USB pump and the cover. Once it's inflated, you need to let out a lot of air to get the right feel. You want to sink into it and pull the tip down to the small of the back. It deflates easily and rolls to 8" x 16".

I have lower back problems but we just retired and are traveling and the Travel wedge is absolutely wonderful!! I wasn't able to sleep in hotels on the flat beds and now my problems are over. I sleep like a baby now while traveling.

I love my travel wedge. It is very comfortable and easy to travel with. When I had to contact customer service about an issue with my pump, they responded immediately even though it was a weekend. I would recommend Travelwedge to everyone!

I took it on trips to Chicago and NY/NY over the last 12 days. Previously, I had shipped a foam pillow by UPS, which was less than the airline baggage fee, but still expensive. The pillow was comfortable. I purchased a USB pump on another site.

We have used the large travel wedge on travels for 5-6 years. It worked well but seemed a little to big. The small wedge is perfect.

I like the travel wedge and it'll save my life in Europe this summer. However, it's not as light as I hoped, and between the wedge, it's cover, and the pump for inflating the wedge it's still going to take up a lot of room in my suitcase. But less room than my full size wedge, and between sleep apnea and severe acid reflux, I really don't have a choice. I'm glad someone makes this product.
